As part of my planned meals for this week, I made the Slow Cooker Pork Loin last night and it was so good I wanted to share the recipe today! I followed the recipe exactly. There's no need to change a thing. And yes, the resulting gravy is gooooood.
I got this in the crockpot a little late (around noon) and cooked it on high for 2 hours and then on low for about 2.5 hours. It was ready to eat by 4:30pm (so 7-8 hours on low may be a bit too long if you start with non-frozen meat. Keep that in mind!)
