Once again, due to scheduling and leftovers, I only made 2 of the 4 meals planned for last week. So if you see any repeats that's why! I'm working a full next week too so all bets are off on if I pull off this week's plan. And as a reminder, my meal plan week starts on Sundays.
Meal 1: Homemade meat sauce & pasta (when I make this, I make a huge pot and freeze half of it for another meal)
Meal 2: Grilled Steak
Meal 3: Grilled cheese/soup
Meal 4: Leftovers/sandwiches
Forgive me for the lack of anything interesting lately. I'm in a rut and I'm not sure if it's wise to actually blog about what is really going on inside my head.
